We are pleased to be part of the 2023 edition of “L’Architecture Manifeste”, organized by La Plateforme and taking place in the ENSAB in Rennes. This years’ edition features several French and European architectural practices such as Tact (Nantes), GENS (Nancy), Générale (Brussels), Atelier Fezi (Rennes), Guillaume Appriou (Plouguerneau); and will last until the 20th of December.
The final jury of the spring semester entitled “Old is the new Eco: Re-Used density” took place the 4th of July in the Technical University of Wien. Christelle Avenier has been awarded the 2022 Prize of the Woman Architect (Prix Femme Architecte 2022). The ceremony took place in the Pavillon de l’Arsenal, the 22nd of September. The prize is awarded yearly since 2013 by the ARVHA and Women In Architecture, aiming to underline the work and careers of woman architects, to inspire the next generations and thus encouraging the gender parity in an essentially masculine work field.
It is with great honor that we have received the 2022 Order of Architects’ Housing Prize (Prix du Logement de l’Ordre des architectes). We are delighted to announce that our housing project in rue Danton, Pantin has been selected as the winner of the category “Living together” in the Brick Award 22! We are pleased to take part in the May issue of DETAIL magazine. The essay “Ornament and Brickwork” considers the decorative possibilities of brick and their implementation, including the use of robotics to construct sculptural facades. Our brick project in Pantin (FR) illustrate how this material is being used to realize quite heterogeneous building typologies.
